Overview
The JRC JHS-800S represents the next generation of maritime VHF communications. Designed as a fully IMO-compliant Class A DSC radiotelephone, it is the world's first marine VHF to feature a 5-inch high-visibility color touch display. This intuitive interface dramatically simplifies GMDSS distress alerting and routine channel navigation for bridge personnel.
Beyond its sleek design, the JHS-800S utilizes a digital audio amplifier and equalizer to provide crystal-clear voice communication, cutting through background engine and wind noise. The system allows for flexible bridge configurations with up to five dedicated remote controllers and supports Bluetooth handsets for enhanced mobility.
